How are you doing? We hope you, your family and your colleagues are safe and following the control procedures laid down by Govt. Some of our customers & partners have inquired about how our business is coping with the current situation. So we wanted to share a few points as your trusted CRM solution provider
For many years our company has been operating in a geographically dispersed manner with a mixture of permanent offices, co-working spaces and work-from-home (WFH). Our teams are used to working with each other and with most of our customers in online mode through tools such as Skype, Google Hangouts, Webex, GoToMeeting, etc. The current lockdowns are not impacting us much, because, although now all of us are WFH, the operations / communications are happening as usual in online mode. Of course, there is a some loss of efficiency as more people are now relying on their local ISPs for the internet, but it is manageable.
We have been a 100% cloud company from the beginning. All our development, QA, UAT, Production servers are on AWS with redundancies on IBM Softlayer, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud. We don’t foresee any challenges in maintaining the up-time of our environments.
We are ISO 27001:2013 certified and have well defined & documented BCP processes to help us tide over any short term emergencies. So, while none of us can escape the health and/or economic fallout of the current situation unscathed, we are confident about running our operations well.
