Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as name, email address, company name, and phone number when you register for SimpleCRM or contact us. We also collect usage data, log files, and device identifiers automatically when you interact with our platform. Payment information is processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partners and is never stored on our servers.

How We Use Information

We use your personal data to provide and improve SimpleCRM, send transactional and support communications, and comply with our legal obligations. We may use aggregated, anonymised data for product analytics and research without identifying individual users. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide services and satisfy legal obligations. Upon account closure, personal data is deleted or anonymised within 90 days unless a longer retention period is required by law. Backup copies may persist for up to 30 additional days before permanent deletion.

Your Rights (DPDP / GDPR)

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India) and the PDPA (Singapore), you have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also object to or restrict certain processing activities; submit requests to privacy@simple.works and we will respond within 30 days. If you believe your rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority in your jurisdiction.
